‘Ant’ is short for Anthony, which is a nickname I was given as a child that has kept its value. As a current graduate student and dietetic intern, it is in my best interest to begin inspiring and empowering individuals of all cultural background to enhance their relationship with nutrition and fitness. Enhanced with Ant was created to be a one-stop shop for all things nutrition and fitness.
