Hi, I’m Anthony!

I’m your friend and your one-stop shop for all things nutrition and physical performance. My own struggles with trend dieting and skewed perceptions of “healthy” during my adolescent years led me towards my passion for nutrition and fitness. I have been totally inspired by my study of nutrition science as I complete my education to soon become a licensed registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN).

I am currently a graduate student and dietetic intern at Texas Woman’s University pursuing a Master’s of Science in Nutrition. Once obtaining my registration and license, I am interested in specializing in diabetes care and education to help prevent and nutritionally treat the rapid growth of this disease.

Experiences

I’ve been a health coach for a weight management company, a nutrition assistant in a rehabilitation unit, a certified personal trainer, a social media content creator for a private practice dietitian, and I am currently a dietetic intern working in a multitude of different settings. I also have experience with recipe development and performing nutrient analysis for foodservice operations.

My Approach

Nutrition is a complex science and should not be viewed as an opinion. Nutrition is NOT a one-size-fits all approach and should be tailored toward each individual’s needs. YOU know your body best and I’m just here to provide guidance. I will assist you in optimizing your nutrition and performing to the best of your abilities.

As a former athlete, I understand the importance nutrition has on physical performance. I would like to make sure we are all fueling our bodies appropriately. Endurance running is a hobby of mine and tailoring nutritional needs for an enhanced performance is critical. I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition expert, so helping you achieve YOUR goals is my priority.

I hope you now know a bit more about me. It would be a privilege to work with you and help you achieve your health and performance goals. My pledge to YOU is to address every situation with an unbiased approach and uphold the highest standards of evidence-based practice.
